What each benefit is actually worth
Cashback
The single most valuable benefit. It is a percentage of net losses returned weekly, so it compounds with volume. Moving up two tiers is worth more to a high-volume player than any deposit bonus on the site.
Withdrawal limits and speed
Daily and monthly ceilings rise with tier. From Platinum up, withdrawals skip the manual review queue, which in practice means minutes rather than hours.
Account manager
From Diamond, a named person on a direct line rather than the general support queue. They handle limit adjustments, payment issues and bespoke offers.
How to climb faster
- Turnover is turnover. A hundred bets of 10 move you as far as ten bets of 100.
- Low-edge games are efficient. Baccarat Banker and blackjack generate turnover at roughly 1% expected cost. Slots cost four times that for the same turnover.

Does winning or losing affect my tier?
No. Only turnover counts. A winning player and a losing player with the same volume hold the same tier.

How do I reach Royal?
By invitation only, extended to a small number of players each year.
