Why we hold it

- To market to you — only with your consent, withdrawable at any time.
Who we share it with
Payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios (session data only), regulators where legally required, and our own technical suppliers under contract. We do not sell your data to anyone, for any purpose.
How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are retained for the period our licence requires after an account closes — typically five years. Marketing consent is deleted as soon as you withdraw it. Technical logs are kept for a much shorter window.
Your rights
- Access — ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correction — have inaccurate data fixed.
- Deletion — subject to records we are legally required to keep.
- Objection — opt out of marketing at any time, in one click.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Exercise any of these through support. We respond within thirty days.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Payment data is handled by licensed processors — we never store full card numbers. Access to personal data inside the company is limited to staff who need it, and that access is logged.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your language and measure how the site is used. Essential cookies cannot be switched off without breaking the site. Analytics and marketing cookies can, through your browser or our cookie banner.
