Points accrue on every settled bet, in every hall, automatically. The reward shop is where you spend them. Nothing in the shop needs a deposit — points are earned through play you have already done.

The one number that matters
Compare items by value per point, not by headline value. A 100-point item worth 10 is a better trade than a 500-point item worth 40. The shop does not sort by this, so it is worth checking before you spend — the gap between the best and worst trade on the board is often more than double.
Bonus credit always shows a bigger number than cash for the same points. Whether that is actually better depends on the wagering requirement. A 50 bonus at 20x wagering means staking 1,000 before you can withdraw anything. A 25 cash reward is withdrawable immediately. For most players the cash is worth more.
How fast points accrue
The rate follows the house edge, so halls with a bigger margin pay points faster:
- Slots — fastest accrual.
- Fishing and arcade — close behind.
- Sports — moderate, on settled bets only.
- Live tables — slowest, because the edge is thinnest.
Spending points in the shop does not slow your VIP progress. Tier is measured on turnover, which is a separate counter.

Reward shop questions
Do points expire?
Not while the account is active. Twelve months of inactivity archives the balance, and a single login restores it.
Can I convert points straight to cash?
Yes. Cash is a standing item in the shop with no wagering attached.
Why do my points move at different speeds?
Accrual follows the house edge of the hall you are playing. Slots pay points faster than live blackjack.
Are physical prizes real?
Yes, subject to stock and shipping to your country. The item card shows availability before you commit.
