Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Live Casino House. Opening an account means accepting them. We have written them to be read rather than skimmed past — if anything here is unclear, ask us before you deposit.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Funds must come from an account in your own name.
Withdrawals return by the route the deposit arrived wherever regulation requires it.
We may request verification documents at any time and hold a withdrawal until they are provided.

4. Bonuses

Every offer carries its own terms, shown before you opt in. General rules:

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
Withdrawing early forfeits the remaining bonus and winnings derived from it.
Game contribution to wagering varies and is stated on the offer.
Bonus abuse — including low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering — voids the bonus and any winnings from it.

5. Fair play

The following end an account and forfeit the balance:

Multiple accounts, or acting in concert with others to exploit a promotion.
Software that automates play or interferes with a game.
Exploiting a software fault rather than reporting it.
Money laundering or any other criminal use of the platform. See our AML policy.

6. Errors

Where an obvious error occurs — a mispriced market, a malfunctioning game, a duplicated payout — we reserve the right to void the affected bets and correct balances. We will tell you when we do and explain why.

7. Closing an account

You may close your account at any time through support or by self-exclusion in account settings. We may close an account for breach of these terms, for regulatory reasons, or at our discretion with notice. Any balance not subject to investigation is returned to you.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and by email before they take effect. Continuing to use your account after that date means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of our licensing jurisdiction. Raise a complaint through support first; unresolved cases go to our licensing authority’s independent dispute service, and we will provide the details on request.
