Cash Drop

Cash Drop is a prize pool that pays out at random to players who are spinning, independent of whether the spin itself won anything. You do not opt in, you do not collect a token, and you cannot influence it. You qualify by playing a participating game at or above the stated minimum bet.

How it works

  1. A pool is funded for a set window — a day, a week, or the length of a campaign.
  2. Prizes are divided into a number of drops, usually many small ones and a few large.
  3. Every qualifying spin enters a draw for the next undropped prize.
  4. A winning spin credits instantly, on top of whatever the spin itself paid.
  5. The campaign ends when every prize has dropped or the window closes.

Qualifying

  • Play a participating game. The campaign page lists them; a badge also appears in the lobby.
  • Meet the minimum bet. Spinning below it still plays the game but does not enter the draw.
  • Real money only. Demo spins and, on most campaigns, bonus-funded spins do not qualify.

Every qualifying spin has the same chance regardless of stake on most campaigns — betting ten times larger does not make you ten times more likely to be drawn. Check the campaign terms, because a few weight entries by stake.

What it is worth

Cash Drop is funded by the operator or the studio as a marketing cost, not carved out of the game’s RTP. That makes it one of the few genuinely additive promotions in a casino: your expected return on a qualifying spin is the game’s normal RTP plus your share of the pool. The share is small — spread across thousands of players — but it is real and it costs you nothing extra.

The practical advice is simple: if you were going to play a slot anyway and a Cash Drop campaign covers it, play that one.

Cash Drop questions

Do I need to opt in?

No. Playing a participating game at the minimum bet is all that is required.

Does a bigger bet improve my chance?

On most campaigns, no — every qualifying spin is equal. A few weight by stake, and the campaign terms say which.

When is the prize paid?

Immediately, to your cash balance, with no wagering requirement.

Can I win more than once?

Yes. Each prize is drawn independently and there is no limit per player.
